A/C Marketing Manager
> Key Responsibilities:
- > Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote A/C products and services
- > Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- > Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention
- > Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
- > Organize promotional events and marketing activities to boost brand awareness
- > Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
> Requirements:
- > Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- > Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the HVAC or similar industry
- > Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
- > Sound Knowledge in Installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems
- > Diagnosing issues and providing effective solutions
- > Proven experience as an A/C Technician or in a similar role
- > Technical certification in HVAC or refrigeration
- > Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- > Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- > Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
